After Attending Our Lady Of The Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, Edy moved to Dallas and began her 21 year career in the Hospitality Industry. She later, became a Retail Buyer and Manager for a local boutique. She joined J Fyffe Company in the fall of 2013.
